- It is 24 volts which means two 12v batteries hooked up to make 24volts. Thruster batteries should not be part of your house bank. Since this is a complete separate unit, it will not affect your 12volt boat system. I will make a sweetheart deal of $4,000 with no tax and will deliver within a day's drive. This unit retails for $9k and typically sells for $8k.
Side-Power/Yacht Thruster/Sleipner unit, all the same but marketed under different names. Here is what ours is but with a Yacht Thruster name before Sleipner bought the company and changed the name from Side-Power.

This unit comes with the flat rubber to mount it as a vertical stern thruster, not a bow thruster. It is a complete setup with joystick, wiring harnesses, proper factory fuse and everything else. The only thing you would need is caulking or sealant. It has been in storage in its original package for a few years. I did not install it due to the marina yard I was using chose a different method and the vendor would not take it back after having it for several months.
